Job Description

1. Support and problem solving for online customer

2. Platform and system study and testing

3. Call and Chat (non-voice support) for product and service inquires

 

Qualification

1. Service-mined and ability to handle pressure

2. Excellent in communication skill and able to fast problem-solving

3. Be experienced in customer support and has knowledge on stock trading are the advantage

4. Productive and dynamic. Ready to learn new product, platform and system with multi-tasking

5. Graduated in Bachelor degree or higher in any related field
